Use of Sparky Maps
An adult sets up access and is responsible for the family account, permitted languages and PIN. Keep credentials private. The PIN protects settings; purchases require a fresh parent sign-in. Do not attempt to access another family’s account or disrupt the service.
Maps, quizzes, pictures and prerecorded explanations support learning. AI-generated content can contain mistakes; report a factual or language issue to support. The service does not guarantee a particular educational result. Publicly accessible media is licensed for personal learning within the service; it is not a licence to resell the media or brand.
Plans and service duration
Prices are USD 4.99 per month, USD 29.99 per year, or USD 69.99 as a one-time purchase. Checkout shows the billing period, total and any applicable tax before payment. A recurring plan renews until cancelled. A one-time purchase provides access while Sparky Maps continues to operate and support this service; it is not a promise of service for a person’s entire lifetime.
Access is granted after verified payment, not merely after a return from Checkout. Complimentary access does not create a recurring charge. Features and content may evolve. Any mandatory consumer remedies, rights regarding digital services and restrictions on unfair terms remain applicable. These terms do not remove liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact support about an unresolved issue; the mandatory law and courts applicable to consumers remain unaffected.
